Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Coordinator
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: Mondays to Fridays 7:30am or 8 am start-40 hours a week/early finish on Friday

Overview:

A fast-paced logistics operation is looking for a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to support its shipping and warehouse functions. This hands-on role involves preparing shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely and cost-effective dispatch of goods both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy
• Coordinate shipments to meet internal and external deadlines
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and cost efficiency
• Book and track shipments using UPS WorldEase, FedEx, and DHL systems
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and hand trucks
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems such as SAP
• Provide freight quotes and shipping details to relevant teams
• Monitor and reorder packaging supplies
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Skills & Experience Required:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment
• Proficiency with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
• Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of handling regulated goods (e.g., lithium batteries, liquids)
• Forklift certification is an advantage

Physical & Mental Demands:

• Regular standing, walking, and lifting of heavy parcels
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic math and data entry skills required

Work Environment:

Warehouse-based role, primarily around packing and shipping stations.

Training:

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
