Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business seeking a proactive and motivated Supervisor to lead one of their day shift teams at a busy depot

You'll take charge of daily operations within a busy warehouse environment-organising workloads, motivating your team, and ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched safely and on time. This is a physically active role that also requires strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory warehouse role, ideally in a hands-on setting
• Ability to lead by example and get stuck in when needed
• Valid Combilift or Counterbalance forklift licence
• Comfortable with manual handling and order picking tasks
• Highly organised, communicative, and calm under pressure
• Experience with timber products is desirable but not essential-full training provided
