Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Irvine
Salary: £35,000
Contract Type: Full Time

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics Department. This is a key role responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all relevant standards.
Please note: this is a continental shift pattern.

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations in line with standard operating procedures.

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) across all warehouse areas and equipment.

• Ensure product quality and timely delivery of materials to production as per the production plan.

• Manage all inbound and outbound deliveries effectively.

• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Ensure team members meet daily responsibilities and adhere to H&S equipment and PPE requirements.

• Complete and maintain all necessary documentation to required standards.

• Lead training and development plans for all direct reports.

• Develop and maintain SOPs for warehouse activities.

• Monitor and report on logistics performance vs. plan requirements.

• Support KPI tracking and departmental improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of safe, efficient processes and equipment.

• Prepare and manage risk assessments for logistics operations.

• Promote and implement a culture of continuous improvement.

• Adhere to all company policies related to Health, Safety, and the Environment.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.

• Provide support to other areas of the business as needed.

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role

• Strong understanding of GMP, H&S, and logistics operations

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and develop team members
