Warehouse Supervisor

HRGO are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for our client in Ellesmere Port. You will be assisting in the operations of the warehouse, as well as general duties. The successful candidate will have previous experience in warehouse operations. This is a temp to perm role.

Location: Ellesmere Port

Pay: £14 per hour

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (early finish on Friday)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing direction and support to optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor workflows and processes to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory control procedures, including stock takes and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
