Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Location: Canterbury

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our clients daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills to ensure that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfilment
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and safety
• Track and analyse key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, fulfilment rates, and turnaround times
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve any operational issues
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Supervise and support warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

• Full UK Driving Licence (Category B+E minimum) - required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, including inventory systems, shipping/receiving processes, and order dispatch
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Physically capable of lifting heavy items and being on your feet for extended periods
• Forklift Licence - preferred but not essential
