Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: On-site, Nottingham
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (hours flexible based on operational needs)
Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per year
Contract Type: Permanent

Frontline Recruitment is partnering with a growing logistics business in Nottingham to recruit an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and safety standards

* Lead, train, and motivate warehouse operatives to achieve team performance targets

* Manage the timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods

* Monitor inventory and generate reports using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software

* Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained

* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

* Enforce safe working practices, including correct manual handling and forklift operations

Requirements

* Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role within logistics, distribution, or 3PL environments

* Strong understanding of logistics processes, stock control, and health & safety regulations

* Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills

* Mechanically minded and proactive in maintaining equipment standards

* Highly organised, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement
