* Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:00

* Sunday-Thursday, 14:00-22:00

Alexander Steele Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a successful FMCG business in their search for Warehouse/Yard Supervisors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to lead and develop Warehouse and Yard teams within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations, supporting production requirements, managing inventory accuracy and overseeing finished goods dispatch activities.

This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong focus on team engagement, operational performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead daily Warehouse and Yard operations

* Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping and operational performance

* Support production through effective material supply and internal stock movements

* Manage finished goods storage and dispatch preparation

* Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control

* Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members

Key Requirements:

* Supervisory experience within warehouse, logistics or distribution environments

* Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, FMCG or distribution operation

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control

* WMS/ERP experience and MHE licences advantageous
