Warehouse Supervisor

A well-established and growing food manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee its warehouse operations across multiple sites near Thirsk.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in food manufacturing, FMCG or a fast-paced warehouse environment, who enjoys leading teams and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

*

Oversee goods in, goods out, stock control and inventory accuracy.

*

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and food manufacturing standards.

*

Liaise with suppliers and support production through effective materials management.

*

Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and audit records.

*

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce waste.

We're looking for someone with:

*

Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Management experience.

*

Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.

*

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and logistics.

*

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.

*

A valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence (essential).

*

A full UK driving licence (essential).
