Mon - Fri

One Saturday per month

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse goods-in department in Silverstone. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and coordinate all day shift warehouse activities

* Manage stock control and assist with inventory processes

* Conduct team briefings, allocate tasks, and train staff

* Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow

What We're Looking For

* Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse (warehouse operative experience is also a plus)

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety

* Ability to work in a fast-pased environment

* Excellent organisational skills
