Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

The main purpose of this Warehouse Supervisor role is to support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day supervision of the warehouse function and the operations across multiple UK locations. 

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating daily warehouse activities and maintaining inventory accuracy through stock control procedures and stock audits, 
Checking and booking incoming stock, 
Overseeing picking, packing, and dispatching of goods, 
Investigating discrepancies and striving for continuous improvements in the department, 
Supervising the team, assisting with training new employees, and providing remote support to team members based elsewhere. 
The ideal candidate:

Must have some sort of people management experience from a warehouse environment. 
Will need a good understanding of inventory control and stock management processes. 
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient Microsoft Office capabilities.
Will have a desire and hunger to progress into a further managerial role.
