Fancy running a warehouse that never misses a beat? We're after a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy fulfilment site in Basingstoke — keeping goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch running like clockwork, and orders going out right, every time.

What You'll Be Doing

* Run day-to-day operations: goods-in, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch

* Hit daily and weekly order targets and SLAs

* Lead, motivate and support your warehouse team

* Keep stock accurate and sort out any discrepancies

* Coordinate transport and couriers to hit dispatch deadlines

* Champion health & safety on the floor

* Keep things safe, tidy and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

* Warehouse supervisory experience

* Good grip on goods-in, pick/pack and dispatch

* FLT/MHE licence a bonus

* A natural leader — fair, calm and approachable

* Confident communicator

* Organised, proactive and hands-on

Salary & Benefits

* £30,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

* Full-time, permanent position

* Office hours with flexibility to suit business needs
