The Role

You’ll lead the busy night warehouse operation, working alongside your team to keep orders moving and maintain high standards across performance, food safety and health & safety. You’ll also oversee training, resolve operational issues and ensure clear shift handovers.

About You

You’ll bring warehouse or distribution experience, previous team management responsibility and a practical, hands-on approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate your team are essential. Food distribution experience would be an advantage.
