Location: West London / Surrey
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 DOE + Benefits

An established international manufacturer is looking to recruit a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee its UK warehouse operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take greater responsibility within a successful international business.

The Role

* Supervise daily warehouse operations and a small team

* Oversee goods-in, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch

* Coordinate deliveries, collections and courier arrangements

* Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels

* Ensure high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping

* Resolve operational issues and improve warehouse efficiency

* Work closely with internal departments to meet customer requirements

The Person

* Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience

* Strong knowledge of stock control, goods-in and dispatch

* Experience using warehouse or ERP systems, ideally SAP

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities

Experience within manufacturing, engineering or technical product distribution would be advantageous but isn't essential.
