Warehouse Supervisor /Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, to join an established family owned Manufacturing company in the Amlwch Area. 

We are looking for a driven individual looking for career progression, who is a great team player, hands on and involved in all aspects of a busy warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse environment, FLT Counterbalance experience (ideally with a current Licence).

The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor will be to:

Supervise and motivate a team of operatives
Provide staff training
Promote a positive working environment
Liaise with members of staff and management to ensure smooth operation of the department
Picking and packing products
Order processing
Goods in and out
FLT operation
Stock control
Maintaining stock records and distribution around site
Liaise with clients to schedule dispatches and deliveries
We'd like to see your CV if you have the following skills & experience: 

2+ years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
IT Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
FLT Experience with a Current Licence (Desirable)
This position is being offered on a permanent basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 with a Salary in Circa of £30,000 per annum dependent on skills & experience.
