Salary: £28,003.34 per annum plus night shift premium (approximately £5,720.00 per annum)

Shift: 37.5 hours per week, 20:00 - 06:00 (Monday to Wednesday), 20:00 - 05:30 (Thursday)

JobPurpose:

The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all inbound warehouse operations during the night shift, from Monday to Thursday. This role includes the efficient receipt, verification, and safe storage of goods, supervision of automated systems, and facilitation of cross-functional warehouse activities. It requires strong leadership, comprehensive oversight, and a proactive commitment to continuous improvement and detailed reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within warehouse logistics, preferably with exposure to inbound and night shift operations.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation systems (e.g., AGV/ASRS) is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and Excel.

• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment.
