Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Warrenpoint, Northern Ireland
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We're recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Warrenpoint. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations in the Warehouse and Intake areas, ensuring compliance with all safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining efficient workflows, accurate stock control, and supporting your team to meet production and dispatch targets.

• Supervise daily warehouse and intake operations

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards

• Maintain stock accuracy, rotation, and traceability

• Complete documentation accurately and on time

• Organise and support weekly/monthly stock takes

• Monitor obsolete stock and minimise waste

• Carry out equipment checks and escalate issues as needed

• Liaise with suppliers and assist the Purchasing team

• Manage staff rotas to meet operational needs

• Oversee order picking to meet dispatch schedules and customer expectations

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of stock control and HACCP

• Organised, proactive, and a strong team leader

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to perform well under pressure
