Role: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Skipton
Salary: £28,000 pa – plus overtime and bonus available
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm. 5 days out of 7 - includes alternate weekends.

About the role:
Our client is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy team to manage operations efficiently at their Skipton site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment as well as responsible for leading and coaching their team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties of the Warehouse Team Leader:

Pick, Pack and rework of customer orders to customers requirements
Work with printed picklists or follow a list from a hand held terminal
Lead and support a small team
Manage staff welfare
Support manager with Health & Safety
General House keeping

Skills / Experience required for the role:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in Warehousing / Logistics / Production
Some leadership / supervisory experience in a warehouse / production role is an advantage
Have basic IT skills and ability to use a scanner
Good written and verbal communication skills
