Warehouse Team Leader

Shift: 2am - 11am Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our client and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their warehouse operations during the night shift.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods using Counterbalance and Reach Forklift trucks

• Lead, coach, and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and promote a safe working environment

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and audits

• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimise workflow

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage

• Flexible, reliable, and committed to team success
