A growing logistics and supply chain organisation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team on a new contract, helping to build and implement operational structures and processes from the ground up. • Lead and coordinate a warehouse team to meet operational and business goals

• Foster a team culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability

• Ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety regulations

• Develop and maintain reporting tools to monitor team and process performance

• Maintain strong communication with customers and manage service expectations

• Track performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support budget management

• GCSE or equivalent (including Maths and English)

• Valid Counterbalance FLT License

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

• A proactive attitude towards personal and team development
