Are you a proactive leader with a passion for warehouse operations? 3PL Resources is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Team Leader to join our large but friendly team in Wellesbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility and help us maintain our high standards of efficiency.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person on the warehouse floor. You'll use your experience to guide your team, ensuring that all tasks—from picking to packing and safety checks—are completed correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives.

Delegate tasks and monitor performance.

Promote a safe and positive working culture.

Identify and solve operational issues.

Train new staff and provide ongoing support.

Report on team productivity and progress.

The Details

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.30/hr
