Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: On-site
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (hours flexible based on operational needs)
Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per year
Contract Type: Permanent

Frontline Recruitment is partnering with a growing logistics business in Nottingham to recruit an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations and drive team performance within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead by example on the warehouse floor, supporting the day-to-day running of warehouse operations

* Coordinate and motivate warehouse operatives to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets

* Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to encourage development and performance

* Assist with the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods

* Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software

* Support operational planning to ensure workloads are managed effectively and customer requirements are met

* Carry out routine equipment checks and report maintenance requirements when necessary

* Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational waste

* Promote and maintain a positive health and safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times

Requirements

* Proven experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Senior Warehouse Operative, or similar leadership role within logistics, distribution, or 3PL environments

* Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and health & safety procedures

* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

* Hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment

* Organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities

* Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse reporting tools

* Flexible and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
