Warehouse Team Leader

We are currently working with a Global Leader of Renewable Energy. Who are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader, this role will be remote with occasional travel to various sites across the UK.

Duties:

Virtual Stand-ups & Shift Handovers

Performance Tracking

Remote Coaching & HR

WMS Monitoring

Bottleneck Resolution

Inventory Control & Quality Assurance

Vendor & Carrier Management

Cross-Department Collaboration

Reporting

Must have experience using the following:

SAP, Manhattan Active, Oracle NetSuite, or Blue Yonder.

Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and digital whiteboards.

Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel spreadsheets to track shipping trends and workforce efficiency.
