Team Leader – Tipton

The role involves working with a small team of around 5 people and is a hands-on position.

Main duties:

Leading and organising a team of 5
Clearly communicating instructions and allocating work
Giving and taking instructions and relaying information to the team
Booking goods in on arrival and updating the system
Managing Goods In / Goods Out
Answering calls from incoming deliveries
Answering the work mobile regarding delivery arrivals during working hours
Responding to emails when required
Opening up the factory in the morning – key holder also setting fire alarms
Scanning goods - hand held scanner
Wrapping pallets
Using a pump truck
General hands-on support with the team
Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm Mon - Friday

The company is offering up to £14ph, depending on experience
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
