Do you have the skills and motivation to be a Warehouse Trainer?

Join our high-performing warehouse team and play a key role training new colleagues. When not training, you'll carry out standard Warehouse Operative duties in picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders using cutting-edge voice tech - all while keeping standards high and targets smashed.

What you'll do:

• Support the successful expansion of our distribution network
• Once fully operational, you'll be the nominated trainer on your shift
• Ongoing training of new colleagues as they join the team
• Pick & pack orders using voice-picking systems
• Load vehicles safely and efficiently
• Keep your area clean, safe, and organised
• Work across chilled, ambient & frozen zones
• Stay sharp on health & safety and quality standards

Shift pattern: 4 shifts on and 4 off, either working days 06:00-18:00 OR nights 18:00-06:00

Profile

Known for a hands-on, supportive approach to training, this candidate has experience coaching new starters, delivering practical, on-the-job guidance, and ensuring high standards are maintained from day one. Adaptable and proactive, they're just as effective on the warehouse floor as they are in a training role - making them a valuable asset in both day-to-day operations and team development.

• Flexibility to adapt to a changing workload
• Physically fit and ready to get stuck in

Experience in FMCG or with MHE is a bonus - but not essential. Attitude and work ethic come first.
