Warehouse Operative
Location: Bootle, L20
Pay: £12.71/hr
Hours: 07:00 start (8-10hr day)
Days: Monday-Friday
Russell Taylor CDI are currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Yard Labourer on behalf of a well-established client based in Bootle.
This is a physically demanding role that requires candidates to be comfortable carrying out manual work both within the warehouse and outdoors in the yard. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and willing to assist with a variety of duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Unloading containers and deliveries
* Heavy lifting and manual handling of stock
* Moving, stacking, and organising products safely within the warehouse and yard
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* General warehouse duties
* General cleaning and housekeeping duties around the yard
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
* Previous warehouse or labouring experience is preferred
* Able to undertake heavy lifting throughout the working day
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Good work ethic and reliable attendance
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment
