Warranty Administrator | Sevenoaks, Kent | £28,000 - £30,000

Overview:
My client, a leading SME in the Sevenoaks area, are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join their Aftersales team on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Working in an Aftersales team of 4, you will be primarily responsible for processing daily warranty claims
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty submissions and approvals
  • Submit claims and track progress regularly
  • Investigate and resolve rejected or delayed claims
  • Communicate with suppliers, customer and service teams

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Service or Aftersales role
  • Confident using multiple internal systems
  • Understanding of warranty, claims or aftersales processes
  • Great communication skills

Package:
  • Salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm
