HGV Claims & Invoice Processor – West London

Are you an experienced Service Advisor, Warranty Claims Advisor or Automotive Administrator looking for a new opportunity?

We are recruiting for an HGV Claims & Invoice Processor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Heathrow.

HGV experience is preferred, but car and LCV experience will also be considered. Service Advisors looking to move into a specialist claims and administration role are encouraged to apply.

What's on offer:

* £28,000 – £32,000+ basic salary depending on experience

* Up to £3,000 annual bonus

* Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

The ideal candidate:

* Automotive experience is essential

* Warranty or R&M Claims experience preferred

* HGV, LCV or car background considered

* Strong administration and attention to detail

* Confident using multiple systems

* Good customer service and telephone skills

* Able to work to deadlines and as part of a team
