Warranty Engineer responsibilities include -

• Managing all warranty claims, product returns, and complaint investigations.
• Coordinating testing, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Leading internal and external communication on warranty issues until closure.
• Reporting on warranty trends and ensuring accurate data in the system.
• Supporting PFMEA and control plan updates based on real-world issues.

Warranty Engineer - skills and experience:

• Previous experience in warranty, customer complaints, or quality engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and customer standards.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and professional approach.
• Confident analysing and presenting data using Excel and reporting tools.
• Ideally qualified in a Quality or Engineering-related discipline.
