Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an
experienced Warranty Specialist to join a growing automotive
organisation based at their modern Head Office in Chiswick, London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an automotive warranty
professional to take ownership of warranty operations, support retailer
partners, and help drive best practice across the business.

About the Role

As a Warranty Specialist, you will be responsible for the
effective management of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company
policies and procedures while providing expert support to internal teams and
retailer partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claims
  through the company warranty approval system.
  
• Review and assess
  warranty submissions for accuracy and compliance.
  
• Support retailers and
  internal stakeholders with warranty-related queries.
  
• Conduct warranty audits
  and ensure adherence to company policies.
  
• Monitor warranty
  performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  
• Assist with the
  implementation of technical campaigns and customer support initiatives.
  
• Process and review
  goodwill applications where required.
  
• Produce warranty reports
  and KPI analysis for management.
  
• Deliver warranty
  guidance and training to retailer teams.
  
• Work closely with
  Aftersales and Technical teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
  

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

✔ Previous experience in an automotive warranty role

✔ Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and procedures

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ High attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

✔ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

✔ Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

✔ Full UK Driving Licence
