Warranty & Claims Administrator
Location: Heathrow
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000+ DOE + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Warranty & Claims Administrator to join a busy and thriving automotive business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in warranty, claims, service administration or automotive aftersales/service. Candidates from an HGV background are preferred, although applications from Car and LCV backgrounds are also welcomed.

The Role:
Your duties will include:
·Processing manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently
·Managing repair and maintenance claims
·Ensuring claims are submitted correctly and within required timescales
·Handling rejected claims and managing resubmissions
·Working across multiple software platforms
·Liaising with internal teams across different locations
·Maintaining accurate records and documentation
·Working to individual and departmental KPIs
·Supporting the wider claims administration team

What We're Looking For:
·Automotive experience is essential
·Previous experience with manufacturer warranty claims, R&M claims, invoicing or claims administration would be highly advantageous
·HGV or Commercial Vehicle experience preferred, although Car and LCV backgrounds will also be considered
·Experienced Service Advisors looking to move into claims processing and administration are encouraged to apply
·Excellent administration and organisational skills
·Strong attention to detail
·Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
·Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems
·A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
