We are currently looking for a Senior Waste Water Process Engineer for a 6-12 month contract.

Your Purpose

· Manage a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.

· Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.

· Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.

· Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.

· Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.

We are looking for experience across the following:

· Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer (preferably IChemE or CIWEM).

· Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.

· Fundamental understanding and experience of integrated waste-water and bioresources treatment process.

· Design and/or operational experience of main process unit operations: primary / secondary / tertiary treatment, bioresource treatment and disposal, odour and energy management.

· Experience of process safety techniques (HAZOP / DSEAR), capital and operational costs assessments, whole life carbon assessments as well as knowledge of UK environmental regulations.

· Awareness of process modelling techniques and software, e.g. BioWIn, SUMO.
