Join our team based in Lincoln as a Water Connections Customer Advisor, to support the Developer Services Connections Manager in providing a comprehensive and seamless service to our customers.
In this varied role, you will provide a comprehensive and seamless service to our customers who require a connection to Anglian Water’s existing water infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact and responsible for ensuring that all customer communications are positive and constructive, ensuring customer satisfaction and that decisions are made with commercial focus.
You will handle customer calls and investigate and process email and postal enquiries based on customer or departmental demand. You will also be responsible for maintaining our management systems and running daily reports to identify completed inspections so jobs can be progressed to the contractors for connection completion for our customers.

Ideally experience of using various IT systems
Experience in a customer focused and administrative role, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise varying workloads
Experience of providing excellent customer service and have an empathetic nature which comes naturally to you
To be a confident communicator at all levels
Having a commercial interest and understanding of our business will assist you in this role
