This company specialise in Water Treatment Systems, cable percussion drilling, rotary drilling, water boreholes and geothermal boreholes. With over 50 years of industry experience, they are trusted for their technical expertise, reliability, and commitment to sustainable solutions. In this role, you will be organising job setups, coordinating engineer schedules, and managing daily workloads effectively. Overseeing projects end-to-end, maintaining open communication channels across the business. Moreover, the Service Manager oversees quality control measures, engages with clients to ensure their satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards in water engineering. This role would suit an Engineer from a water background or similar, looking to step up into management in a field-based role with occasional days in the office.
