Specialist water hygiene and treatment consultancy are offering a Water Hygiene Technician position for an applicant who is looking to break into the water sector. Working on a range of sites including Offices, Retail, Education and Healthcare, work will be within 2 hours of Oxfordshire and will focus on the commercial sector.

Typical work for the Water Hygiene Technician will include

* Temperature monitoring/testing of tap outlets and tanks

* Cleaning, descaling and disinfection of shower heads and hoses

* Inspecting/Cleaning of water tanks

* TMV Servicing

* Water Sampling

* Maintaining site logbooks

The Water Hygiene Technician will receive full training on all areas of legionella compliance, so if you want to work in a manual field-based position then this is the role for you.

* Excellent communication skills

* A desire to be in a field-based position (van provided)

* Full driving license

* Ability to pass a DBS clearance
