This is a business that has been looking after customers in their homes for over 30 years. The Role As a Water Supply Pipe Engineer, you’ll work in customer’s homes carrying out repairs and maintenance on water supply systems. Your day-to-day will include: Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains Laying and replacing pipework Excavation and reinstatement work where required Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work. You’ll have the support of an experienced team around you, as well as access to dedicated training and field-based coaching whenever you need it. You’ll ideally have: Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection) A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points Good customer service skills and the confidence to deal with customers in their homes A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving Good attention to detail A genuine “can do” attitude and willingness to learn You don’t need to have everything figured out from day one.
