Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Salary/Benefits: £26k - £36k + Training & Benefits

Our client is recruiting for a hardworking and experienced Water Treatment Engineer, with a proven track record and team leadership experience. You will be travelling across Yorkshire, to provide a wide range of water hygiene / treatment duties, and overseeing other engineers. They are seeking someone who would be interested in training into a field management / supervisor position, so experience of running projects and liaising with clients is neccessary. You will be travelling across: Doncaster, Mexborough, Sheffield, Rotherham, Dronfield, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Matlock, Gainsborough, Retford, Thorne, Scunthorpe, Goole, Barnsley, Pontefract, Leeds, Castleford, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Bradford, Halifax, Selby, York, Wetherby, Garforth, Otley, Derby, Lincoln, Nottingham, Grantham.

Experience / Qualifications:

* Strong experience working as a Water Treatment Engineer

* Will have a varied skillset and industry knowledge

* Managed other engineers and ran projects

* Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

* Adaptable to changing company requirements

* Strong communication skills

* IT literate

* Good literacy and numeracy skills

The Role:

* Cold water storage tank inspections, cleans and disinfections

* Chlorinations on tanks

* Flushing on little used outlets

* Mains injections

* Showerhead disinfections

* TMV servicing and failsafe checks

* Leading on projects

* Monitoring the progress of engineers during training

* Supporting new members of the team

* Being a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and technical advice

* Carrying out toolbox talks

* Auditing on completed works and logbooks
