We are looking for qualified, experienced Financial Advisers (Wealth Advisers) with a minimum of 2 years' 
industry experience to join our team

You will receive coaching from some of the most experienced and respected individuals in the wealth
 management industry.
This is a challenging role but if you have the grit and determination to make it happen our opportunity will reward you with fantastic earnings.

Requirements

• Qualified with a QCF Level 4 Diploma as a minimum
• Proven success in a sales based role
• Financial Services experience
• Demonstrate how you have built and maintained a client base
• Deep desire to grow and succeed
• A passion for providing exceptional client service
• Team player who wants to work with us to continue to build our successful Practice

Benefits

There is an option to be self-employed or employed contract with the option to transition to self -employed later 
on. 

The package includes the following:

• A generous uncapped fee share
• Salary of between £40,000 -£60,000 dependent on level of experience
• An advance of future fees to get you up and running (Self-Employed)
• Comprehensive training and development program on offer
• We have a Marketing and Business Development team who are sourcing quality leads so you don't have to
• We book 10 quality meetings with HNW individuals into your diary every month
• Administration and Paraplanning support - based in Canary Wharf
• Operational costs covered including a fully serviced office in the hear of Canary Wharf
• A clear pathway to client base ownership

We ask all of our Advisers to attend in office trainings and check ins so you will need to live within a commutable distance to Canary Wharf.
