Role Summary:
We’re seeking a Wealth Adviser with a strong protection background to help clients build, grow, protect and preserve their wealth. This role offers a clear progression path from protection to full wealth advisory responsibilities, backed by comprehensive support, and a high level of documentation and service standards.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Provide protection advice and subsequently broader wealth management guidance: giving clients clarity and confidence
• Deliver structured financial plans using specific methodologies and tools: enhancing client outcomes
• Build and manage client relationships over time: encouraging referrals and repeat business
• Maintain and support a high standard of advice and compliance: ensuring professional reputation
• Collaborate with in-house support teams and centre of excellence: allowing advisers to focus on client-facing work

Requirements:

• Proven experience in protection advice, ideally within an SJP Appointed Representative practice?
• Level 4 Diploma qualified
• Desire to progress into a full wealth adviser role within 18 months (not mandatory)
