On offer is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a multi-billion-pound global engineering and defence company, who have an industry reputation for providing one of the top training and progression programs & often works on several large-scale projects around the UK. This is a unique opportunity where you will be funded for qualifications to improve your career and progress into senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on weapons training both in the simulator and the classroom to military trainees, deliver pre-set lesson plans, training and assessments, monitor trainee development and collaborate with colleagues to improve internal processes and uphold health and safety. This is a Monday to Friday role, 37 hour week - half day on a Friday. This role would suit a Weapons Engineer or Technician looking for an off the tools role, full training to become an instructor and the opportunity to work for one of the biggest defence companies in the UK. THE ROLE: Deliver engaging lessons using pre-set course materials Class-room and simulator based training Prepare lesson plans and assess military students results Develop training content and improve course development Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams Mon - Fri, 37 hour week.
