Web & eCommerce Executive

£25,000 - £30,000 | Willenhall | Hybrid 3 days in the office
We're looking for a Web & eCommerce Executive to join a growing digital team in a varied role covering both eCommerce operations and website/content management.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience in an office environment, including recent graduates, who is organised, confident speaking to people and comfortable using SaaS or digital systems.
You don't need specific eCommerce experience. What's important is that you're tech-savvy, accurate, organised and customer-focused, with the confidence to troubleshoot problems and support colleagues across the business.

What will you be doing?

The role has two key areas:
1. Supporting stores with home shopping operations
You'll be the point of contact for stores when they need help with day-to-day home shopping issues, providing support over the phone and via email.
This will include:

Helping stores resolve operational issues with home shopping
Managing refund and order disputes
Supporting with failed orders and cancellations
Helping with login, device and app-related issues
Responding to queries and troubleshooting problems
Working with external delivery partners to resolve issues
Monitoring store status, opening hours and other platform information
2. Managing content, promotions and product data
You'll also play a key role in keeping digital platforms accurate and up to date.
This will include:

Uploading and managing promotions and offers
Updating website and digital content
Managing product information and data
Adding new products and SKUs
Checking images, descriptions and other product information
Ensuring information across digital platforms is accurate
Supporting promotional activity across home delivery platforms
Keeping systems and product data organised and up to date

What are we looking for?

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including recent graduates.
You'll ideally have 1-3 years' experience working in an office environment where you've used digital or SaaS-type systems.
Most importantly, you'll be:

Organised and highly accurate with good attention to detail
Comfortable working with data and digital systems
Confident speaking to people over the phone and communicating by email
A good problem solver who enjoys getting to the bottom of issues
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Comfortable learning new systems and technology
Customer-focused and helpful
Reliable, proactive and keen to learn
No specific eCommerce experience is required. We're more interested in your attitude, ability to learn and confidence using technology and supporting people.
