Web Application Developer

We now have an exciting opportunity to work as a Web Application Developer based at our Stevenage location.

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining eurochange's business systems, applications and reporting.

Essential technical skills for the role are:

·ASP .NET MVC with C# or VB.NET using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015

oWorking with entity framework beneficial

oUtilising 3rd party API’s

·Microsoft SQL Server – Managing tables, stored procedures and views

·Writing and using web API’s

·Ability to use IIS

Desirable skills would be:

·Photoshop

·Classic ASP with VBScript

·Crystal Reports

·CSS

·HTML/JavaScript

·Ability to upgrade existing applications developed in old versions of Microsoft Visual Studio

·Digital Marketing/SEO

Essential qualifications are:
Minimum of 3 GCSE's or equivalent (one should be English at grade C or above)

Candidates should have work experience in:

·Web design and development, troubleshooting and resolving issues

·Testing business systems and websites to ensure good end user experience

·Design and develop of new features and enhancements from specifications
