Wedding Sales Executive - Crawley area - £28,500

We are currently recruiting for Wedding Sales Executive to join Sales and Events team at this prestigious property based in Crawley area.

Location : Crawley area, must drive as will have to commute between sites

Hours : 40 hours a week, some weekend work required

Salary : £28,500 ( including bonus)

The Role

As Sales Executive you will be working within a sales team of four you will be required to ensure success in both the reactive and proactive selling of 2 Hotels in all aspects of conference, day meetings, weddings and banqueting.

The Sales Executive role will have responsibility for ensuring success across the following areas:

To handle telephone, email and online enquiries for functions including weddings, conferences, and private dining

To carry out show rounds and appointments at the hotel

Completing the necessary administration to ensure the event is successful from a customer service and financial point of view

To produce and communicate function details for all internal stakeholders ensuring they are well briefed on forthcoming events both through function details and 1:1 meetings

To generate new leads and enquiries as well as maintaining existing/return business

Requirements - Sales Executive

Smart appearance and friendly telephone manner

Strong organisation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage time and co-ordinate priorities effectively.

Driving license required for travel to and from appointments at other site
