Weekend Concierge

My client is hiring for a weekend concierge based in a high end residential development in Beckton East London.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

All residents are to be greeted in a polite, professional manner using either their name or "Sir" or "Madam".

Emails should be checked every 10 minutes throughout the period of your shift.

Concierge to ensure that all visitors and contractors are signed in and out of site via the appropriate form or book.

Monitor CCTV & security

Concierge to assist residents and contractors with the following:

Safe storage of packages if resident is unavailable when delivery arrives

Issuing contractors with keys, fobs, and access codes when they have signed into the registration book

Showing contractors around site when necessary

Salary & working hours:

Annual Salary is £14,524

Working hours are 7am - 7pm

Saturday and Sunday..

Must have residential concierge experience.
