Weekend Concierge - New Residential Development
Location: Bristol

• Job Summary:

• To assume a residential on-site role and provide a point of contact for the residents and their needs.
• To ensure that the property is run smoothly and to provide a security presence and administration assistance where necessary. The front of house position will be predominantly situated at the main concierge desk.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone with experience in hospitality / concierge.
• Confidence and discretion to be used with residents.
• Ability to take ownership of an operation when alone.
• Professional, precise, courteous and dedicated.
• Experience in a front of office role.
• Experience and involvement with a facilities management role.
• Basic / Intermediate IT skills.
• Concierge / PA skills.
• Event management experience.
• SIA training would be beneficial but not a requirement
