Salary: Up to £35,000 (pro rata) £15,000 OTE

Hours: Saturday & Sunday (plus one flexible weekday for admin)

We’re a growing tech-based business in Salford Quays looking for a Weekend Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of 4 phone-based sales agents.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on driving performance and nurturing a team, without the standard Monday–Friday grind.

Your Mission as Weekend Sales Manager

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of 4 phone-based sales advisors.
• Drive weekend performance and help the team exceed targets.
• Manage admin and reporting on one extra weekday of your choice (we’re flexible!).
