Health Now Complex Care is looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join our team in Grimsby for weekend shifts.

Essential Experience

PEG care and management

*

Tracheostomy care

*

Cough Assist

*

Supporting individuals with complex care needs

*

Following individualised care plans and clinical guidance

*

Recognising and escalating changes in an individual's condition

Key Responsibilities

*

Provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care

*

Support with complex clinical and personal care needs

*

Carry out PEG, tracheostomy and cough assist procedures safely and confidently

*

Monitor wellbeing and report any changes or concerns

*

Follow care plans, risk assessments and support guidelines

*

Promote dignity, independence and choice

*

Maintain accurate daily records and documentation

*

Work effectively with families, healthcare professionals and the wider care team

*

Maintain a safe, respectful and supportive environment

About You

*

Experienced in complex care

*

Confident with PEG, Tracheostomy and Cough Assist

*

Caring, reliable and professional

*

Calm and confident when working with complex clinical needs

*

Able to work independently and as part of a team

*

Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Pay

£12.80 – £14.35 per hour
