We are currently recruiting for a Welcome Host for our front of house operation at one of the most revered business schools in the world. 

Based in central London, The Welcome team will be there to provide a friendly face and a helping hand for the students, employees and visitors. General duties include providing information, taking ownership for contractors on site and the keys that are given out, redirecting calls through a switchboard, assisting with in house events and dealing with ad-hoc requests.

 

Shifts: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm – 5/7 days, including weekends

Salary: £30,005    per annum

Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service within either a customer service, corporate or hospitality environment. 

We are looking for candidates who excel when dealing with people and for whom, no request is too much.
