Gemini People is working on behalf of a leading employer in the Leicestershire LE7 area to recruit an experienced TIG and MIG Welder to join their skilled team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional welder to work with a well-established company, offering a competitive pay rate and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on a range of materials and components.
• Ensure welds are completed to the highest quality standards.
• Follow technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Conduct quality checks on work to meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TIG and MIG Welder (essential).
• Proficient in welding with a variety of materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

• Competitive pay rate of up to £14 - £18 per hour.
• Monday to Friday working hours.
• Working Hours are from 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.
