If precision is your thing and you take pride in clean, consistent welds, this is a great opportunity to join a fantastic Leicester based sheet metal manufacturer with a busy order book and genuine long term scope.

Experience welding aluminium would be a big advantage, particularly for this role.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Leicestershire

Pay: £16 - £18 per hour - depending on experience

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2pm - midnight

You’ll be getting stuck into:

* Precision MIG or TIG welding of sheet metal components

* Working from engineering drawings and welding to specification

* Producing neat, high quality welds to a clean finish

* Visual inspection and minor finishing where required

* Keeping your work area safe, organised, and production ready

* Supporting the wider fabrication team as needed

You’ll need to bring:

* Proven MIG or TIG welding experience in a fabrication or sheet metal environment

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* A reliable, safety focused approach to work

* Aluminium welding experience – highly desirable
