Job Title: Welder / Fabricator
Location: Bridgwater
Pay Rate: £18.50ph | £24.50ph OT
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (39 hrs)
Duration: Ad-hoc with potential to progress into full time

We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on Welder/Fabricator to join a growing engineering team. This is a position for a hands-on welder with the ability to build to desired specifications.

What we’re looking for:

Strong TIG welding experience, particularly Stainless Steel
Ability to weld 10–15mm thickness
Mild steel experience essential; aluminium experience highly beneficial (roller repairs)
Must be able to read drawings, work to spec and produce finished components
Practical experience using:
Press brake
Guillotine
Grinder
General fabrication equipment

Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
 The role includes:

Fabrication from drawings
TIG welding of stainless and mild steel
Cutting and preparing materials
Using workshop machinery and tools for full fabrication
Occasional aluminium welding for repair work
